An expert in company strategy and change management, Jill leads Friend MTS’s cultural change programme and initiatives to introduce more effective ways of working. Jill has over 30 years’ experience in HR, specialising in executive coaching and organisation design. She is based at the York office.

Simon has over 20 years’ experience in B2B SaaS and high growth businesses, including 13 years at cyber security provider Mimecast, from start-up through IPO, and then as COO in a marketing technology organisation. Simon is based in London, UK.

Chris leads a team focused on solution and system architecture as well as engineering and operational initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product and service development and identify emerging technologies. He is also responsible for cyber security. Chris has over 20 years’ experience in operations, software engineering and as a technical architect. He is based in York, UK.

Chris leads new business growth at Friend MTS, across all territories and markets. Chris has a strong track record of generating business growth, selling complex cloud-based solutions and services within the Media and Entertainment industry and helping customers implement solutions and strategies to deliver successful business outcomes. With a PhD in image analysis and over twenty years in cyber security, Andy has proven expertise and experience developing and deploying innovative broadcast security solutions around the world. Andy is based in London, UK.

With over 20 years’ of B2B marketing experience, and a wide knowledge of the sports, media & entertainment industries, Nik is responsible for the Friend MTS Marketing and Communications functions. He is based in London, UK.
